Palermo(Italy) May 27, 2012-In Palermo the riders from the Supermoto European Championship fight against each other to win the second round.
Leader of all races in Palermo is the Czech rider Vorlicek from the Honda SHR Team: three spectacular victories who permitted him to win not only the competition in Palermo but also to become first in the championship ranking. Honor position for the Italian Edgardo Borella, from the Yamaha Extreme Riders team, who was able to end all the races as second, becoming thus second in the championship ranking.
Good were also the young Italian Diego Monticelli (Honda Freccia) and Lorenzo Lapini (Honda Lola Racing) for their third and forth position, before Sami Salstola (Honda SHR), Mattia Martella (Ktm MTR), Andrea Moschini (Kawasaki Ignorant RT).
S2 1st RACE:Edgardo Borella (Yamaha Extreme Riders) is the fastest at the start, near him the Czech Petr Vorlicek (Honda SHR), the fastest rider yesterday and in the warm-up. After a little while Vorlicek takes the first place and there he remains until the chequered flag.
After him a great Borella, who has tracked him the whole race, thus demonstrating that he can aim at victory. Third place for the British Malachi (Honda SHR). Mattia Martella (Ktm MTR) arrives fifth, never losing its place the whole race, while the Italian Domenico Ricchiari (Yamaha Dream Team) is seventh before the Italians Lorenzo Lapini (Honda Lola Racing), Andrea Moschini (Kawasaki Ignorant RT), Diego Monticelli (Honda Freccia), Marco Dondi (TM Racing Factory).
S2 2nd RACE:Vorlicek (Honda SHR) is the fastest at the start of the European Championship S2. Right after him Edgardo Borella (Yamaha Extreme Riders) who comes before the Dutchman Devon Vermeulen (Ktm MTR) and his team mate Mattia Martella (Ktm MRT). After them - in order - Diego Monticelli (Honda Freccia) e Domenico Ricchiari (Yamaha Dream Team) and at last Lorenzo Lapini (Honda Lola Racing). As in the previous race, the Czech leads the race until the chequered flag, always followed by the Italian Borella, and right after them Monticelli, Martella, Ricchiari.
S2 3rd RACE:It's always Vorlicek (Honda SHR) who becomes first at the end of the first lap, trailed by - in order - Edgardo Borella (Yamaha Extreme Riders), Andrea Moschini (Kawasaki Ignorant RT), Mattia Martella (Ktm MRT), Diego Monticelli (Honda Freccia), Domenico Ricchiari (Yamaha Dream Team). No chance for the others: Vorlicek leads the race until the end and wins all for the day gaining the first place in the European Championship. Second on the podium the great Borrella before the Italian Monticelli. Forth place for Deitenbach and right after him Lapini, Dondi, Moschini, Ricchiari.
